Enter "668" as the recipient (the code for the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority). In the message body, type your 13-digit CNIC number without any spaces or dashes. Send the message.
Shortly after sending the message, you will receive a response from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) providing details about the total number of SIM cards registered against your CNIC from each mobile operator.
